1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. BBQ sauce
1 tsp. instant minced onion
2 T. brown sugar
mushrooms
1 can biscuits
1 c. shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain. Add BBQ sauce, onions and brown sugar. Top with sautéed mushrooms. Press biscuits into an ungreased muffin tin. Form all the way to the top of the tin. Spoon mixture onto buns and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400º for 10-12 minutes.
