1 large round bread
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. hot salsa
1 3/4 c. Cheddar, Monterey Jack Mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut 1/4 inch slice from top of round bread and set aside. Remove center of bread, leaving 1/2 inch thick shell. With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sour cream and salsa until smooth. Stir in cheeses and spoon into bread shell. Placed reserved top slice on top and wrap in foil. Bake until hot, about 1 1/2 hours. Served with fresh vegetables and tortilla chips.
