1/2 Cup Crisco (I use butter)
4 Cups Powdered Sugar
1/3 to 1/2 Cup Milk (based on the consistency you want)
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp salt

Mix ingredients together. Beat until fluffy. Make only 1/2 batch for 6 dozen cookies!

This recipe makes a lot of frosting so you may want to halve the recipe; but sometimes you need a lot of frosting for all the colors you want to create and for little fingers!
