1 lb Sausage, polish or smoked
or pork chops, browned.
1 lb Potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed with butter and milk.
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb Sauerkraut

In sprayed baking dish place sauerkraut, layer next with mashed potatoes, above and sausage on top. Bake 30 minutes till all is bubbly.

Makes a nice taste and is easy to make. The top layers drain down to the other layers. Order can be changed if you like the Sauerkraut to flavor the potatoes more.
