4 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. milk
4 egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add yolks and beat on low speed with an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Add milk and beat until well blended. Pour into the top of a double boiler and cook, stirring constantly until it coats a wooden spoon. Serve warm or refrigerate until chilled.
