1 pkg. of yeast
1/3 cup of sugar
3 eggs beaten
1 cup lukewarm milk
4 1/2 cup of flour
1 cup butter
1 tsp salt

Filling:
1 cup butter
1 to 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts

Frosting:
1 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.
1 to 2 tablespoons of milk
1 tsp. of vanilla
1 tablespoon butter

Directions:
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup of lukewarm water. Mix
sugar,yeast,and milk. Add well beaten eggs, set aside. Mix
together as for pie crust the flour, oleo and salt. Combine the
two mixtures together. Adding more flour if necessary - chill
dough. and let it rise in refrigerator overnight. Divide in 4 parts.
Filling - mix butter, cinnamon, sugar and pecans. Roll out
dough and spread with filling - Roll up like jelly roll, flatten with
hands and cut in half lengthwise. Twist, keeping cut side up.
Place on greased sheet. Let rise till double in size.
After it has baked. Mix frosting till smooth - frost while warm.
