1 lb. ham, ground
1 lb. ground pork
1 egg
1 Cup. milk
1 Cup bread or crackers
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Optional Sauce:
1 cup tomato juice or ketchup

3/4 Cup brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. Water
1/2 Cup Vinegar

Bake All ingredients in a loaf pan. Bake 350*F for 1 hour. Either Sauce will help the loaf to remain moist and tasty but not essential.
