250g butter
3/4 cup caster sugar
1 cup corn flour
1 cup chopped unpeeled almond
2 cups flour sifted

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and caster sugar.Add dry corn flour to this,then the chopped almonds and the flour. Divide into 4 parts and roll into a sausage. Not too thin...like a ruler. Wrap greaseproof paper around and leave for one hour in fridge. Then cut in small balls and roll out in small circles.
Bake at 140 ºc for about 15 minutes. Must look creamy and not brown.
