1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup milk
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup shortening
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
4 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs (beaten)
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together and stir in chopped nuts.
Mix remaining ingredients. Combine quickly with dry ingredients with little stirring. Bake in muffin tins in a 425 F oven about 15 minutes.
