Any cut of beef - chuck, flank, etc.
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup white wine
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp crushed basil
1 tsp crushed oregano
4 tbsp chopped parsley
1/3 tsp course pepper

Marinate beef in sauce 3-4 hours or overnight.
Broil or barbecue; baste with sauce.
Heat thoroughly remaining sauce and spoon over sliced meat.
"ono in sandwich bun".
