4-5 lb. potatoes
1 stick margerine
4 T. flour
1 Qt. milk
1/2-3/4 lb. velveeta cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in salted water until almost soft.
In separate pan, melt margerine, add enough flour to absorbe margerine.
Turn off heat and add milk, stiring until mixed tho
roughly.
Return to med. heat and cook until thick and bubbly, adjusting milk to desired thickness.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Drain potatoes well. pour in large oven proof bowl or 9X13 baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over top.
Bake 350º until bubbly.
