½ cup margarine (softened
1 pkg. Cream cheese
1 cup flour

Filling:
2 Tbsp. butter
¾ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 ½ cups chopped pecans

Mix all ingredients well and fill each unbaked dough-lined mini muffin tin. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Dust tops with powdered sugar. Yields: 30 tarts
