3 to 4 lb. boneless pork roast
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup molasses
3/4 cup pineapple apricot preserves
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 cups chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork roast in crock pot. Combine all remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. (After cooking roast, thicken broth from crock pot with cornstarach on the stove over medium heat.) Serve sauce with the roast or a side dish or rice or both.
