2 lb. ground chuck
2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 T. parsley
2 cloves garlic
4 eggs
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Form into loaf.
3. Bake covered at 350ºF for 1 hour.
