Ingredients:  
1st layer - 1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup pecans
Mix well & spread in 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375º. Let cool

2nd layer - 1 cup cool whip
1 -8 oz cream cheese
1 cup of confectioners sugar
Mix until fluffy then spread onto the cooled 1st layer curst.

3rd Layer - 2 small packages of instant chocolate pudding mix. Add 3 cups of milk and mix for 2 minutes

4th Layer _ Top with remaining cool whip

Chill for several hour before serving

This was a favorite at family holidays. Especially for you Uncle Dennis and Steve. They really like chocolate.
