1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tbls Vinegar
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
Black Pepper to taste
1 Large Cucumber
1 Small Onion
Directions:
Directions:
Slice Onion and Cucumber VERY thinly.
Add all ingredients together. Cover the cucumber and onions to coat. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
