8 lbs. ripe pears (cored)
6 c. sugar
1 big can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c. coconut
1 pkg. sure jell

Directions:
Directions:
Grind pears and pineapple together. Add sugar and sure jell. Mix well. Cook mixture until juice is clear and thick. Add coconut. Pour into hot, sterile jars. Screw flat and lit on tightly to seal. You can also put them in a hot water bath if you desire.
