Ingredients:  
1 lb Hamburger meat
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. onions (diced)
1/2 c. bell peppers (diced)
1/2 c celery (diced)
1 egg
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix well and roll into balls--
SAUCE
4 c. tomato juice
1/4 tsp.allspice
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp worcestershire
1/2 tsp. celery seed (optional)
1 tsp brown sugar

Directions:

Mix sauce well--simmer for 10 minutes--
Pour over meat balls and bake at 350º for 1 hour
