1 c. milk
1 c. carnation milk--(mix with regular milk)
3/4 c sugar
3 tbsp. flour
pinch salt
2 eggs yolks
1/4 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and salt together good---add milk, mixing well while pouring---Cook over medium heat until boiling, watch carefully, stirring so it won't stick----Pour part of hot mixture into egg yolks, mix good, then pour back in pan --cook a little while longer---take off burner--add butter and vanilla---mix good---Layer with bananas and vanilla wafers---
