1/3 pound lean ground beef
3 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 cup stewed tomatoes, chopped
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. chili powder
dash salt and pepper
2 flour tortillas (6 inches)
2/3 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tbsp.sliced ripe olives, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onions until meat is done--Drain---Stir in rest, except olives and cheese--Remove from heat---
Place one torilla in round baking dish, coated with cooking spray--top with half the meat mixture and cheese: repeat layers--Sprinkle with olives---Bake, uncovered at 350º for 15-to 20 minutes or until heated through
