1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips or chunks.
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 28 oz. can tomatoes
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken, onion and garlic in a small amount of olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes. (You can also let this simmer for up to an hour if needed) Stir occasionally.
I make this recipe in an electric skillet.
