2-2 1/2 lbs. flank steak
3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. chili sauce
1 1/2 T. soy sauce
3 T. honey
3 T. Hoisin sauce
3 T. minced green onion
3 cloves mashed garlic
1/8 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Trim flank steak and score lightly across the grain in a diamond pattern. Mix all ingredients except steak. Marinate in a large plastic bag in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Broil or grill steak. Best when grilled. Because of the honey in the marinade, grill at a lower temperature to prevent burning.
