4 lbs. beef(lean chuck roast), turkey breast(bone in), pork(lean butt)
1 6 oz. bottle chili sauce, use 12 oz. with turkey
1 14 oz. bottle ketchup
1 14 oz ketchup bottle of water
onion powder or chopped onion
1/2 t. ground allspice
1 T. vinegar
2 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook off meat in water to cover.
Cool meat and shred into dutch oven or stock pot.
Save 1 cup of broth and pour over shredded meat along with all the other ingredients.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Let stand 24 hours in the refrigerator or at least overnight.
Reheat and serve.
