1 lb can salmon, drained (reserve liquid)
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup uncooked rice
2 T. Butter
1 can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp powered mustard
1/2 thyme

Directions:
Directions:
add lemon juice to Salmon. Brown rice in butter for 5 minutes, stir in all remaining ingredients, rinse soup can with salmon liquid, Add salmon, stir well and put in casserole dish. Bake covered at 350*F. 50 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more to lightly brown. fluff rice with fork.
