1/2 head lettuce, chopped
2 chopped tomatoes
2 chopped cucumbers
1/2 cup chopped scallion onions
2 diced avocado's
1 to 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
chop tomatoes,cucumbers and onions. Lightly salt and place in a zip bag. refrigerate 1 hour. chopped lettuce and place in salad bowl. Drain the tomatoes,cucumber onion mix. add to the salad bowl. Dice avocados and add to salad. Mix with 1 to 1/12/ cup mayonnaise and serve.
