1 1/2 T sugar
1 t nutmeg
3 lemons
1 1/2 c sugar
1/3 c butter
3 T flour
3 eggs
1/2 c water
2 pie crusts

Preheat oven to 400 . Defrost 1 pie crust and cut edges off to leave a circle. Cut into 6 pie shape wedges and put on cookie sheet.
Mix 1 1/2 T sugar & nutmeg and sprinkle on wedges. Bake no longer than 5 minutes.
Grate the rind of two of the lemons. Peel and slice the meat of the lemons - discarding the seeds and as much of the white membrane as possible. Set aside.
Cream sugar, butter, & flour in bowl. Beat in eggs, then water. Stir in lemon slices and peel.
Pour into pie crust and bake for 25 minutes. Remove and arrange pastry wedges on top of pie and bake an additional 5 minutes.
