2 - (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 C. sour cream
1/2 C. shredded Italian cheese blend
1/2 tsp. minced garlic (1 clove)
1 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 C. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 loaf baguette, sliced thinly

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 13 x 9" baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, Italian cheese, minced garlic, basil, garlic salt and salt and pepper together.
3. Gently stir in artichoke hearts and spinach into the cream cheese mixture. Top mixture with mozzarella and bake for 25 min.
