1 cup butter (softened)
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed browned sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp lemon juice
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
12 oz. frozen or fresh cranberries
1 cup walnuts (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Cream the butter and sugars together. Add lemon juice. Add egg and milk. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and baking powder.
Add to butter and sugar mixture. Chop cranberries and walnuts in food processor or with hand chopper. Drop by large teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let stand one minute.
Place on cooling racks. Store in airtight container.
