3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs, unbeaten
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp vanilla
1 (9 oz.) package solid chocolate mint wafers

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Cream well butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs, water and vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredients, mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Enclose 1 chocolate wafer in about 1 tablespoon of chilled dough. Place on greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
