Cream:
1 cup shortening
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
Add:
2 eggs and mix together thoroughly.
Mix together:
4 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powde
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the two mixtures. Then add 1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup crushed pineapple, including juice, and 3/4 cup finely diced maraschino cherries. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased baking sheets.
Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
