2 large avocados
1 medium tomato
1/2 small onion
Pinch of cilantro, chopped
1 serrano pepper, minced (exclude for milder taste)
Salt
Pepper
Splash of fresh lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dice the tomato and the onion.
2. Mash the avocado and squeeze some lime juice on it (this prevents it from turning brown).
3. Mix together; if the ratio of avocado to onion/tomato looks off, add more of whatever you like.
4. Dice the pepper and add enough to give it just a touch of heat.
Salt, pepper and cilantro to taste.
Put it on anything!
