one pound of pecans
1 egg white
2 T water
¾ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:

Beat 1 egg white and 2 TB of water to a froth in a big bowl
Add one pound of pecans and get them wet

In another bowl mix the rest of the ingredients.
Pour all this over the wet nuts and stir to coat.

Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir well after 20 minutes. Let cool on cookie sheet then break apart. Can freeze.
