1/2 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. dried basil
3/4 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp.lemon juice
1/4 c. red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except lemon juice and red wine vinegar in blender and process 30 seconds. Add lemon juice and vinegar and process an additional 30 seconds. Rinse fish and pat dry. Place in lightly greased basket and grill 10 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Baste during grilling frequently.
