14 lbs. green tomatoes
1 small cabbage
5 green peppers
7 red peppers
7 large onions
2 1/2 lbs. sugar
1 qt. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. tumeric
3/4 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp. celery seed
Scant 3/4 cup mustard
1/2 c. salt
1 qt. sweet pickles, chopped

In food processor, chop tomatoes, cabbage, onions, and peppers. Over this mixture, pour salt and let stand a few hours. Put in cheesecloth bag and let liquid drain overnight. The next morning, heat vinegar, sugar, and spices to boiling. Add tomato mixture and boil over low heat for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add pickles. Pour into pint jars and close tightly with seals and bands. Turn jars upside down for several hours to seal.
