2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 carton (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 c. fresh strawberries, halved
2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c unsweetened pineapple juice
Traditional sugar cookies (see cookie section) or use your favorite sugar cookie recipe

Directions:
Make medium sized sugar cookies for the individual pizzas. In large bowl, beat the cheese, confectioners' sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over the cookies. Mix the fruit together and place on the cookies. In a sauce pan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, orange juice and pineapple juice. Bring to boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Cool. Drizzle over fruit. Refrigerate until chilled.
