Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a "secret" recipe that Nikki has used for years in gift giving for friends, neighbors, customers, and anyone who actually wants it. In recent years we make over 50 tins for Brandon, Erin, Joe and sometimes Ben and Sarah to give as gifts as well.

It takes only 4 minutes to make a batch and have the tins ready to cool in refrigerator.

Make sure to put this note on the tin before giving -- "Refrigerate before eating"

Dad really likes this. Nikki makes him his own special tin each year for Christmas. That has become a tradition over the last many years.
