3 c sugar 3/4 tsp salt
2 eggs 1 c corn meal
2 c flour 1 tbls melted butter
2 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and eggs. Sift flour, powder, salt together and add to egg mix. Add corn meal, milk and butter. Beat just enough to mix. Pour into greased 9" square pan. Bake at 400 for 30 min. or until knife comes out clean.
