1 c lukewarm water
1 pkg dry yeast
3/4 tsp salt

Vegetables of your choice such as zucchini, spinach, carrots, and onions.
Bottled peanut sauce (instead of pizza sauce)
Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Make pizza dough--blend yeast with water, add oil and salt, and slowly add flour to blend. If you have a mixer with a dough hook, let the mixer blend it until an elastic ball of dough. Or you can hand blend and knead until elastic. Cover, and let rise in a warm place until double (a couple of hours). Roll out dough and place on greased pizza pan. Then add sauce and toppings.

Bake at 425º for 10-15 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Wendy prefers to use "Bankok Padang" for the bottled peanut sauce.

This pizza goes really well with red wine!
