Chicken Divan Recipe

3 whole chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
2 tsp oil

2 pkg (10 oz) Broccoli Florets
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 c Sharp American cheese shredded
1 c soft bread crumbs
1 tbls butter
1 1/2 c Instant Rice
1 tbls grated Parmesan cheese

Cook broccoli and rice. Drain.
Arrange in greased baking dish, 9 X 12
Put chicken on top.
Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Pour over chicken and broccoli/rice mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Combine crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

This has been a favorite of our family just about since I became an Anderson. We have always loved it. It is easy to fix, delicious to eat, and a whole meal served from one baking pan.
