4 ripe bananas
2 eggs, well beaten
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º. Grease a loaf pan. Mix the bananas and eggs together in a large bowl. Stir in the flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda. Put the batter in the pan and bake for 1 hour. Remove from the pan to a rack.

I make this for my kids all the time. It is their favorite. You can also add walnuts or chocolate chips if you want.
