Ingredients:  
6 oz. uncooked bow tie pasta (about 3 cups)
2 plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 small onion, chopped
1 medium zucchini
1 small or red bell pepper, cut in strips
1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast
2 tsp. olive oil
2 large garlic cloves
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Cook pasta and drain.

Heat oil. Add chicken strips, stir-fry 5 minutes. Add veggies and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, heat 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in pasta and add cheese. Toss together.
