1 red, 1 orange, 1 yellow and 1 green pepper
3/4 cup cilantro
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp lime juice
1 jalapeno pepper
3 tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Place peppers on baking sheet and broil until skin turns black and blisters. Remove from oven and place in zip-lock bag for 10 minutes. Peel outer skin and chop peppers.

Dice jalapeno pepper and tomatoes in medium bowl. Add salt, orange juice, lime juice, cilantro, salt and peppers.

For salsa that is not as chunky, use food processor.

Use your favorite chips, put guacamole and salsa in separate bowls and eat them by carefully placing either salsa or guacamole on chip, and then putting them in your mouth. Feel the fiesta explode in your mouth. Then take a nap!
