36 hot banana peppers
1 qt. yellow mustard
1 qt. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
3 lbs. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut tops of peppers off. Blend in a food processor, 1/2 of the whole peppers with seeds and 1/2 of the vinegar. Repeat until all the peppers are blended with the vinegar.

Add the rest of the ingredients and boil mixture for 15 minutes.

Mix 1 cup of flour with water to make a flour paste and add to hot mixture to thicken. Boil an additional 5 minutes.

Process in hot water bath for 5 minutes.

This is a great spread, but not for the "soft at heart". It has a real kick but you just can't stop digging into it! Serve with taco chips!
