1 1/2 Lb. (approx) Mozzarella or Jack cheese, grated
1/2 to 3/4 C. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 to 3/4 C milk
Salt and pepper
14 manicotti shells (Uncooked)
Spaghetti sauce (homemade or bottled)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cheeses, eggs, milk, salt and pepper until able to handle. Stuff mixture into uncooked shells. Pour part of spaghetti sauce in bottom in pan. Put shells in; cover with rest of sauce. Add extra water, 12/ to 3/4 of a bottle. Bake at 350º, covered for 1 hour.
