5 lbs. potaoes or 12 potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 c. heavy cream, whipped
2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
Put mashed potatoes into a greased 9x13 casserole dish. Gently mix togther remaining ingredients and pour over mashed potatoes. Bake for 55 minutes or until golden brown on top. Can assemble the night before.
