6 cups Zucchini cut into slices
One small onion cut into thin slices.
one bag seasoned croutons.
1/2 c. melted margarine.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Directions:
Directions:
Lay cut succhini into and laid into glass baking dish ( 9" X 6"). Top with onion slices pulled apart.
Sprinkle seasoned croutons over the top.
Pour over melted margarine.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
