6 eggs beaten
1 3/4 c. milk
5 slices of bread (broken into small pieces)
3/4 c. cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 lb. pork sausage - browned and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage and drain. MIx together the beaten eggs and milk add seasoning and bread. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Spread sausage evenly over top and add cheese. Can be refrigerated overnight. Bake for 1 hour uncovered at 350º.
