2 tsp. paprika
4 tsp. thyme leaves
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
3 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. oregano leaves
3/4 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a jar & store in a cool dry place. Shake well before each use. Melt butter in a pan on low heat, dip both sides of seafood or meat in butter. Sprinkle with seasoning & raise temperature to med-high. Cook on one side & then the other. Only turn once.

It's a lot of different spices but you need them all for the full flavor. We love it best on shrimp & chicken.
