Low-fat mushroom soup or
Low-fat cream of chicken soup
1/4 to 1/3 c wine
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic power for fresh minced garlic
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese

4-6 chicken breasts--boneless and skinless

Lightly spray the inside of your crock pot to avoid sticking. Place 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts inside.
Mix together one can of mushroom soup or you can use cream of chicken soup with wine, pepper, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. mix well and pour a little bit of the mixture between the pieces of chicken, then the rest over the top. Set on low setting in the morning and head to work. If you like mushrooms, add some as well.

Susan says this is one of Tom's favorite dishes. Susan loves it as it is quick to make in the crock pot in the morning before work. It only takes 5 minutes to put together. When you come home after work--it is done and your house will smell yummy.

Susan usually doesn't add salt since the soup and cheese already have salt in them. By dinnertime, you have a very tender, slow-cooked chicken with a nice sauce that works well over steamed rice or rice pilaf. Broccoli is also a nice side dish or serve with a tossed salad.
