2 c flour
1 c sugar
1 c buttermilk
2/3 c softened margarine
2 large eggs
2 tbsp dry milk powder
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder

Topping:
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c chopped pecans (optional)
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 c melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a 9 x 13 baking pan. In a large bowl cream the margarine or butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Combine flour, dry milk, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add to mixture a little at a time alternately with the buttermilk. Mix at low speed until well blended. Place in prepared pan. Mix dry topping ingredients together; combine with 1/4 c melted butter; mix well. Sprinkle over the cake. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next day, allow cake to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes prior to baking. In a preheated over, 350º, make approximately 40-45 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
